日자위대가 한반도 군사훈련을 하다니..

Stop Japan-US-South Korea war game in December!    

 

 

1980년 초, 미국과 소련이 동독, 서독에 새로운 핵 미사일 배치 위협했을때 용기있고 정의로운 서독 군인들까지 반전, 반 핵 시위에 참여했습니다. 독일은 통일을 이루었고 유럽 통합도 이루었습니다.

 

그런데, 그렇게 힘들게 이룬 촛불 혁명, 촛불 민주주의, 소위 자칭 촛불 대통령, 문재인 정부가 12월 4일 부터 12월 8일 까지 일본 자위대와 미군과 함께 합동군사훈련을 한반도에서 한다고 합니다. 이명박, 박근혜 탄핵된 정부하에서도 없었던 일본 자위대 공군과 합동 군사 게임을 한다고 합니다.

 

국제적으로 존경받은 대한민국 촛불 민주주의에 대한 능욕(凌辱)입니다. 36년 한민족 말살, 탄압한 일본 자위대와 대한민국이 한반도에서 군사 훈련을 하다니 미국 시민들도 참으로 이해하기 힘들다고 합니다. 12월 4일부터 12월 8일, 전 세계 언론, 국제 시민 평화 단체, 특히 미국의 거대한 시민 평화 단체들이 제2의 한국 전쟁, 한반도에서 핵전쟁을 유발할 위험​ ​있는 12월 전쟁 게임을 중단할 것을 촉구 ​하고 있습니다.

“is now running amok for war exercises by introducing nuclear war equipment in and around the Korean Peninsula, thereby proving that the US itself is the major offender of the escalation of tension and undermining of the peace.” Do the nuclear war exercises in and around the Korean peninsula being undertaken by the U.S. for all year round targeting a sovereign state [North Korea] conform to the purpose of the UN Charter, which is to maintain peace and security?

Bruce Cumings, a history professor at the University of Chicago, addressed a tightly packed audience in Devlin 008 on Wednesday about what he considers to be the most serious crisis the world faces today: North Korea. “Understanding the rise and subsequent collapse of the USSR is essential to understanding North Korea,” Cumings said….While there has been no major conflict between the U.S. and North Korea since the Korean War ended in 1953, there is currently an armada of power up against North Korea waiting to strike, he said. Cumings characterized the border between North and South Korea as “the most tense border on the planet today,” adding that the common maxim among troops is “ready to fight tonight.”

Friend— one hopes that the United States, Japan and South Korea stop their military exercises and war games for next 71 days? Is that at all possible? Imagine another 71 days without any new missile test or nuclear testing on the Korean peninsula?
